PD30™

eDoctrina’s PD30 module is a Professional Development delivery and tracking system that allows districts to sharpen and grow the skills of their educators and other school-based staff.

 

District offices and schools can author their training materials directly within eDoctrina and then publish a course catalog listing all available learning opportunities. PD30 supports both instructor-led courses (both in-person or online) and self-paced courses in which learners access materials and complete activities asynchronously. The Learning Plan and Badging component allows teachers to personalize their professional development while also celebrating newly acquired skills in specific areas. The district can setup rules and processes centrally to streamline the professional development process across all schools.  For example, the administration can create a master calendar to enforce time/date scheduling rules or create a course approval process to ensure that each course aligns to the district’s standards before being released to learners. PD30 manages course surveys, waitlists, attendance rosters, prerequisites, fee payments, transcripts and course completion criteria all within a single system.  With eDoctrina’s powerful reporting tools, districts can pinpoint learners’ needs and discover where staff subgroups need the most attention and support.
