We are looking for a candidate that is committed to helping the company maintain our level of growth, as well as their personal growth. Position will require customer phone/email support and onsite training of our software for school districts, which will require travel when needed (hours may vary on occasion). Ideal candidate will have a background in education, classroom or teaching experience preferred. Must have strong facilitation, communication & organization skills. Must be fully committed to the success of our customers & be willing to go above and beyond to ensure we maintain an exceptional level of customer support. Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities, strong sense of initiative and self-motivated.
